Definitely high staff costs compared to earnings but we're dealing with top tier software/services so it's as expected. In regard to the "fruits" simply put yes. We should see revenue from sales start to trickle in. Half the sales team were only hired last quarter so majority of them were most likely just beginning to chase any leads, and due to usual contract procurement times it's likely any leads that were going to be executed will be in Q2 (depending on size). IMO Q1 had very good results and looking forward to Q2.

once you account for on costs at say 30% then it works out at an average of $144k. I'd say that pretty reasonable for experienced sales people selling into govt.
