Hi everyone, haven’t posted for a while and hope all long term holders are doing well, even today is tough. Looks like quite some negatives floating around, especially about long term lithium price LTR is using. However, I don’t think that is a problem as everyone (instos) is using their own pricing. Indeed, our peer like CXO used a lower price a few months ago, but it is now trading at about 4x of its reported NPV. Why? Because market values it using a higher price. Let’s say LTR used cxo pricing, LTR NPV is 1.6b and now we are trading at 2x without OTs and funding arrangement. When market believes a company will get into production, the valuation will be based on PE rather than NPV.
