Get a grip people.....

If a major sell 32m shares it doesnt mean SYA is kaput.
If selling in the open is manipulation.... what would be selling behind closed door be?

Even if a significant shareholder is selling 32m at 16c and buying at 15.75c every trade will be made public, it is not corruption or manupulation..

If the SH has bad insider information, than pricing at 16c makes it harder to sell before the news become public

If the SH has great insider information, than placing a 32m block for sale and trying to buy back at 15.5c to 15.75c a delta of $0.0025 to $0.005 the Shareholder is going to make an extra $12,000 to $25,000 - if they double their stake, if not one of the shares get sold. And than get fined for it.
