This picture was posted few weeks back, i belive in prep for the video previously discuseed about. My take from it was that were still waiting for FCI which who knows when it will come. But once it does come the pre payment and finace will arrive very quickly following FCI. That jdv was more pointing out
that fci was our last major hurdle.
