you can ring anyone that’s taking pass for a quote
all you have to do say “ I have under 1000 tonnes” for gate price or say “ I have over 1000 tonnes” for bulk discounted price
imo old rampers did their research and quickly went into hiding or sold out, most realised after loosing metro pass down rampers were correct
