cap raising are complicated Elvis, and without these institutional investors many of these companies wouldn't exist. The share price of focus has risin from 1.5c to 4.7c in the space of 30 days, not a bad return if you are an investor!

At a quick glance though, it seems surprising that with the cash they have in the bank from their most recent financial statements, they actually need more capital.

It will be surprising to see what price they issue the securities at, and what the cash will be used for.

As Ive always said, gold stocks are never the best investments. They constantly seem to be raising cash regardless of their output, and the SP is usually higher before production then when they begin to produce. Strange but generally true.
