Why would you vote against Resolution 8 – Approval of Financial Assistance?

In my view, it should be a no brainer to vote for that resolution as The Facility has the following principal commercial terms: "Fixed interest rate on drawn amounts of 13.5%, reducing to 9.5% p.a. upon ASX and shareholder approval being provided."
If SHs don't approve this particular resolution, then this facility will become 4% more expensive, just like that.....
