These companies that are releasing new ground breaking tech are often big multis with plenty going on outside their r&d schedule to distract their investors who probably couldn't care less about scientists in back offices. There's the privateers like symetrix with 200 plus reram patents under their belt who don't have to answer to anyone.
Then there's the boutique one trick small public held companies like us with a tonne of shareholders with differering expectations on reporting.
What an industry. Especially when your in a hot seat at the bleeding edge. Not for those with a weak nervous system.
