No doubt directors and CEO's should be accountable for breaching the Law or corporations act, but will suing the company teach these guys a lesson.

Your just suing existing shareholders because of your own greed and self interest.

Most of those who may have breached the Law are not likely to be involved with the company much longer.

People can try and justify the claim as much as they like. At the end of the day if the shares go higher than what claimants bought them and they still own the shares then r they any better than these directors and CEO's.

Its hurting innocent shareholders just like a corrupt director and CEO.

Truth is though we live in a corrupt society
