    The market didn't know the offer was coming, so I'm sure it doesn't know there is no other offer coming. It has traded over $4.60 since the offer was made, (up to $4.81) so there is still hope.

    Yep, could be delaying to entice STO or others. Just have to wait and see how the next few weeks play out.
