So you base your investment decisions on what other posters supply on H.C.? hmmm interesting. I would suggest IF you are concerned contact the company and ask them that exact same question.
p.s. if it was $ 5 mill. then you should be able to work out (based on the company placement terms) as to how they are going to raise the extra $1 mill.+
