GCY almost at the price WGX was originally offering to purchase us for.
If WGX hadn't been so stingy on their first offer, they probably would have picked up GCY/FFR for only 40 to 50 million more than the current combined market cap. Pay back time would have been well under 3 years even at 200 million.
