Agree Raks.
1). If this was ever to wind up, administrators would be on this like a fly to do-do (pun intended) with secrets getting exposed.
2). If MS & his crew were to resign, accounts would be exposed imo by any new management attempting to win back shareholders.
The only way out for them now is:
a). Print themselves out of trouble (determination makes this difficult though) OR
b). To 'miraculously' try work a deal that costs CVI zero dollars, with the allure of paying back vendors via future revenue (currently underway). This would be nothing but an JOVIAL attempt to return liquidity (ie new shareholders) to CVI imo. And thanks to the CVI collective, that won't happen - and rightly so.
MS needs an attacking move now ie hes testing the waters with the 300mill. An asic determination though, is an asic determination. Supply lines are cut.
I reckon if that 'receivable' + the Fortitude investment suddenly turned up back into CVI's bank account (in AUD) and MS resigned - the sp could just rally itself right back to 5c imo.
Then we'd have to start a 'Mr Asia...you da man' thread.
How good a book would that make!
Anyways will be interesting to see what occurs next.
Cheers,
The Sparkler
