If you guys keep calculating "worth" on raw numbers like that you'll never make $$ nothing trades on raw data worth in the markets. Look at when Centro was "saved" it was facing towards 100% dilution in the deal and yet it made it's way from around 4c up to over 50, the real raw data worth over there was actually in the minus, stop speculating and wait... the market will price it as the market sees fit, regardless of what happens i know there will be ALOT of trading opportunities throughout the day, so enjoy =)
