The dredge vs wCP , if we assume we can save 12 m on opex annually and it costs 40 m vs 25m to set up vs move and Atlas operates for 4-5 years , then one can see how economics would work and this is before factoring in being able to mine more resource reserve . It will also allow WCP to be allocated elsewhere over medium term
I imagine the other benefit you could start Atlas while Boonanaring is operating this would mean no downtime
