Don't forget their Company Secretary, Glenn Merchant.
He was involved with them for quite a while (including when Savni took their stake) before getting the shove as it was him that got their shares suspended from the ASX (it doesn't help when you slam the phone down on them).
He was also calling the shots again when the Takeover bid was launched knowing full well about the dubious nature of the Savni holding if not the truth thereof.
He is one of the few Company Officers that would make a worthwhile target as he has Professional Indemnity Insurance through his operation at Mitchell & Partners in Barrack Street, Sydney.
And yes, there is a huge case for a class action if anyone would like to hop on board, I could organise one.
