This parcel of shares appears to be one of four managed by Wasatch - see the Sub holding announcement earlier in the year. it was an off market trade and looks like a simple loss of management of that client by Wasatch - and a transfer to a new custodian. No share turnover of that size has appeared on the market so it seems the new manager / custodian is happy to hold the FID shares. And Wasatch happy to hold the remaing 4% for the other clients. Thus overall not a negative on the FiD share price - or future.
