if any Ann is coming out, the stock will be in trading halt so no need to guess if it is end of today, this week, or next month.
Time value is also considering the risk when investing. If you wait longer, the time risk is sitting there so people sold their shares and found other good targets. The only question: is the new baby has more safety margin than this one?
