Get a grip?
Why would you say yes to "no risk" options diluting the share pool, unless you're one of the chosen ones?
Are you one of the "sophisticated" investors that currently seem to be cashing in on their free-bee?
While I still think that the UNI team did great work - I maintain my opinion that the SPP really stinks!
Tell me how hard it is to get "sophisticated" investors for a deal where you can't loose? Beats me.
AND, why not give the options to existing shareholders - are we not sophisticated enough?
Looks like the new sophisticated shareholders will have an easy way to say yes to their own options. Self fulfilling act.
Congratulations to all the new sophisticated shareholders, and yes, I'm upset not to be part of it, trying to get a grip of this stinking SPP.
