I know this is only one item out of the article but can anyone explain, the CURRENT issue with Chahood. The article clearly states that Chahood is 100% owned subsidiary of GGG. It then says that Rod McIlree and Simon Cato are directors of Chahood and then makes the point that they are also directors of GGG.
What is the problem with this, check any public company and you will find any subsidiaries have directors from the parent firm. It would be a worry if GGG directors were not directors of Chahood.
As for the Chahood address it is probably because that was the registered address before GGG bought it and it has not been changed. Could be multiple companies at this address if it is a law firms address.
How does Mick S control Chahood when he has no shares and is not a director?
As a shareholder some of the associations are a concern but the article does seem to be written in a way to exaggerate the situation.
I am in way affiliated with GGG, although I have only posted on GGG, I have found hotcopper very useful and have done very well out of PRR from reading posts
