Don't know about that, it's all speculation. While it's a big deal for us the mining licence is just a formality. Collaboration agreement and jv with CATH is perhaps worthy of a bit of pomp and ceremony as you say and better ties in with the comments from Julien Paluku.Wouldn't be surprised to see the ML drop a bit sooner but also been expecting it since 6 months ago so who knows. Maybe they forgot.
