Too easy mate ... a rare breed the five grander mob ... plus I kind of understand the way you think ... mind you my jaw was on the ground when you chose this weekend of all weekends to have a "motorcycles forum".
Back in March on my wife's birthday we were about to leave the house and go for an hour's drive up through the Dandenongs to where 100 people were going to meet us for the birthday celebrations. Our father dog Aragorn (the King) otherwise known as Spirit Boy as we are sure he is not a dog, but he has a human spirit inside him (our vet calls him the Einstein of the animal kingdom) laid down on the couch and started whining and crying. A performance like we had never seen before, and would leave Bruce's limited acting skills choking in the dust. He was definitely trying to stop us going, and was warning us that something bad was about to happen.
Sure enough, that was the morning we witnessed the motorcycle fatality. Luckily I've learnt over the years to take heed of dog's instincts, and I was carefully driving 50 meters behind the car ahead of us, which prevented us becoming collateral damage.
Later that night Ripley our mother dog (Ripping Girl) was sitting on "her" Ottoman and she jumped down, sat on the ground, and started staring at the Ottoman. Next thing you know all our four dogs were sitting on the floor looking up at the Ottoman ... it was as if they were looking at somebody. This went on for five minutes.
I felt like I had a spirit with me for awhile. I bought in to a stock called "ONE" at around 10 cents and of course kept topping up as it kept dropping all the way down to 8 cents, and ended up stupidly delusionally overweight in it. We connected up with the bike rider's family, and not long after some mob came out with a "BUY" recommendation on ONE, and that mob seems to have a very good following of zombies and desperates and it went on ONE heck of a run. We went to the funeral service, and after the service at 3pm I turned on my phone to see that ONE had spiked at 40 cents. I sold. Finally after a few years of trying I'd been able to drag myself out of the gutter and convert my humble little portfolio into a small pot of gold.
Fast forward eight months and I turned on the news to see the motorcycle rider's family being interviewed. We had strong winds in Melbourne, and a large tree had fallen down and bisected their house. They were lucky to be alive, and felt the bike rider was looking after them from above.
Since then MAG, after doing stuff all drilling for six months, decide to start up drilling at Bodangora, an old gold mine at 26 g/t gold with great prospects. It's only 1km from ALK's BODA discovery, and we are drilling 10 metres on our side of the fence, as PD (who discovered BODA) thinks we have the same rocks.
Then Biden announces his trillion dollar infrastructure package, which will help ARR's rare earths projects no end.
Then DRE announces a Trading Halt for "THE" Exploration results. If you look at Deans last two conferences he "knows" what he's got.
Then to top it off you chose this weekend of all weekends to have a motorcycle forum, as on Wednesday the missus and I are being witnesses at the "motorcycle trial".
The ironies of life. The movies about the sharemarket don't reflect my experience, nor do all the books by the "this is how I did it" merchants.
Who knows, I might even get to use that mythical entity called the CGT discount.
Ahhhh ... the ironies of life.
I've got stuff on today, so I'll leave you all to it ... I truly do belong in the five grander ... have a nice day all
