He sold a large parcel a few years back to purchase a new house(/mansion), as he is more than entitled to do so. Market reacted badly as expected, but buyers back then are more than grinner's now. Once again he is entitled to sell a few to buy whatever he chooses or pay for his most likely considerably large tax bill like JB206 has already stated and once again buyers today will be grinner's again in a few years IMHO.
