These presentations were foreshadowed with the announcement at the top of this thread 6 weeks ago.
So any current Sell order has most definitely been placed since then.
As it is standard practise for these Biotech Conference events to have clauses for presented data to be escrowed and as you point out there will be an announcement Monday prior to trading, leaving an order in overnight or the weekend without checking prior to market open on any stock is just poor form.
For all we know the announcement is already waiting in ASX's inbox.
Initial results look great, 3 out if 4 stable disease is amazing. Now hoping for some clarity regarding the data timeline for this abstract as it was Submitted in September, however that still blows average Overall Survival rates out of the water.
