I guess after a 10 year wait, we might find a JV partner who wants quick access who will free carry exploration for a while.
Interesting developments offshore Italy recently with joint Italy-Libya patrols and a new impetus for oil exploration.
It will be 'lucky' if Key gets approvals considering the strife others have gone through. PCL comes to mind.
