    I am also starting to think the DRC are treating this like christmas and the ML, SEZ, collaboration agreement, Hydro agreement and hopefully the Pan African DFI investments are all signed and sealed and they are wrapped up sitting under the christmas tree but we arent allowed to touch them until the 24th of November.
