GGG’s interest in the joint venture is not in question. Nor are any of its rights under this agreement however given the circumstance and the allegations, the directors have resolved to financially support the Claimants with an appropriate cap to the level of assistance.

Why is GGG using shareholder money if this has NO IMPACT on GGG. Why has GGG become involved in this court case.

If there are games being played with Juorno's then surely a more sinister, more powerful and totally inappropriate tactic is to use shareholder money for this unknown agenda, in which GGG has chosen to take an extremely active role.
