In all goodness, would you sign a long lease in Abu Dhadi, if you had no idea where the funding was coming from? Would you go ahead without some certainty off-takes were coming?
10 cents will fly soon, I have seen too many times false starts with LPD but this time the political environment is right and LPD is showing less and less speculation on the planning front, no more Portugal drama, no more Canada drama, more a comprehensive line of development.
