Agree, great mgmt team, the land has potential, Lime is in demand (not sure to what level though),.I guess the thing is the timeftame - how long do WE have to give it time to get rewarded. These 2 guys may see it as a project towards retirement so they have time like 10 years to work things out, and do see the potential with 1.7 mil investment, but our timeframe is only maybe like 1 year.
