regarding CRM, they could make a 100% Scheme of Arrangement bid for the company without owning one share........possiblity for them

Question also is, if it is BHP or RIO, and we know the chinese hate them, would CRM (which is virtually Chinese state owned) back off and allow BHP or RIO to obtain a quality asset for nothing.

The key for us shareholders to get huge value (like another poster posted) is a bidding war, not between 2 Aus coys, but with the Chinese who would want to save face and not back down and take it even if its the highest price.

This deal will go on for a while
