I held a stock that traded on the bottom ( 0.001 ) for a long time. Then they "consolidated" the register, meaning they divided your holdings by 100. So, if you had 100,000 shares they suddenly became 1,000 shares. The share price then logically moved from 0.001 to 0.100 ( 10c ).
Then the cunning rats had a capital raise offer at 9c or 0.090. There's always a way
