NTaylor, I wouldn't still be buying if I had a problem with Kos's travel. Constant downramping has created a great buying opportunity for us :)
As far as logisitics in Indo go, dont be concerned. They run barges down the river system to a loading facility onto ships. The facilities are already there and in use.
Coal mining is big in the Balakpapin region.
IMO no update would imply the Indo deal it is still going ahead - nothing has changed.
