They're aim is to deter potential buyers by presenting raging non issues masquerading as genuine concerns. They use HC holders as pawns in their mission to deflect new retail buys and hold back SP for their own needs.
Putting them on ignore helps as it limits our engagement and likelihood of their being dissent in the ranks.
