For the bulls -
The results have been known for 2 months, without a run up in the price.
How many of the 3 of 4 (that have shown stable disease), would have done so naturally, or a part of statistical variation on a low number?
For ethical reasons there is no placebo arm.
Should get a bit of a retail pump tomorrow though.
