Share price would adjust to $0.04 when BBI next trades. After 16/11/09, the share price will go ex- $0.04 capital distribution and be worth $0.0001.
On 23/11/09, there will be a consolidation and the old BBI shares would be consolidated such that it makes up no more than 0.1% of the post recapitalised company.
Any premium above $0.04 is just factoring the possibility of a better offer. Which from what has happened to date, is not likely to happen in the next one month.
