Humm (retail) is now back too:

I tried they help desk on Fri - got a human who was aware of the issue and they did not have an ETA then. I did not check over the weekend so now 100% sure when it came back, but it is there now 12:45pm 15 Nov.
In the app details, it says it was updated 11 Nov, so my speculation is that humm responded quickly but it got stuck in Google's approval process for a few days.
