mai chai... in summary these are my questions pretty much..
its too vague too me to read an announcement not knowing if its a contract an order when its accounted for when its going to commence etc.. i must admit this years string of anns have read much better then in the past but i still have gaps in my head when i read them.
if what u say is true about sales being accounted for 4th mths after etc and when money is in bank.. it leaves very grey outlook for me. how do i know as a holder that its an actual contract etc . touching wood of course.. what if u go buy all ur stock to do a job .. and company like hickory says umm no thanks buddy we have changed our mind later on.. and more cash burn.. its just the way these anns are worded mate that annoy me.
Like i said my intuition is carrying my head atm. but mgmt need to clarify much more in their anns:
*start timeframes for jobs
*actual contract amounts
*sure add on some gloss about potential contract extensions, but clearly seperate such gloss from actual contract data
IF ITS NOT A CONTRACT ITS NOT WORTH MENTIONING!!!!
*clarify perhaps a lil more about how their sales are booked, cos i frankly dont agree with the principle of booking sales only after u get paid, it displays a lack of self empowerment to me, and belief that these are deals and not just table talk.
*they shouldnt double up on contract info and clearly segregate.. for instance.. they ann 16mill deal in january.. then stated they have ORDERS of 900k in april.. whats that mean? inclusive somewhat of the previous ann? too much ambiguous doubling up i feel. like its extra glorication to me.. maybe those 900k orders in april were mainly relative to the last ann of 16mill? how does one know these things if not told?
