Yes that would help cut back on time needed at the meeting and also make sure they have figures and other information at hand to give to us instead of saying we will have to look that up and contact you at a later time.
Even if we give them a list of 30 questions prior to the meeting that we were going to ask,and they have the replies ready when we walk in the room.We could ask for 5 minutes to read through the answers to see if they need clarifying and then ask any other questions that have come up after we sent them the 30 questions.
