well there is some news after all, drilling in progress but at a slower pace than might be hoped, we should have some sort of a result in the next week or so (depending on ground conditions ).
I cant help being exited about the mount thirsty potential, the fact that a dyke intrusion carrying massive sulfide with high grade nickel was intercepted in the last hole makes me think that the hope of a significant intercept on the ultramafic-basalt contact is more than reasonable, obviously the big potential for barra is with the mount thirsty nickel.
Gold is lovely but they aren't likely to find a multi billion dollar gold ore body with the tenements they have (Phillips Find etc), however they already have a multi billion dollar ore body at Mt Thirsty and massive nickel intercepts can only make this company better.
If they get the result they hope for then Barra will be many multiples of the current share price.
