Cash Converters have made some poor acquisitions over the years and then written off these investments when they didn’t work out.
There is a new management team in place now so hopefully they will make better decisions.
if the expected return on any investment isn’t up around 18% to 20% then they should be investing in acquisitions but growing the loan book or returning the cash to shareholders.
