Nothing happened?

On contrary, quite a bit of stuff happened since September.

Let's dissect it.

Since Sep. there were 4 bottoms with immediate spikes up on very next trading days.

Trading range of these spikes was from 25 cents to 75 cents.

If one was to play all four of them with 10,000 units (only) the potential profit could have been as follows;

1st spike - 75 cents - but let's say one scalped 50 cents and made $5,000

2nd spike - was a small one yet one could have made $2,000

3rd spike - 40 cents - but let's say one scalped 3,000 (30 cents)

4th spike - the same as the third.

TOTAL - $13,000

$13,000 in a MONTH playing with $150K (avrg.) is 8.6% monthly return or more precisely return that happened over 6-8 trading days!!

And yet....we are not happy???

Now, the question is whether we are not happy because we missed out on all four spikes or we are not happy because we are greedy and we want triple digit (%) returns in the shortest period possible? Or we do not know how to trade this stock?

FYI, I have traded STO on all four occasions. My last trade (sell) was at $15.34 and I have bought back late Friday at $15.13. When STO opens on MON I will try to take 20-30 (or more cents out of this stock. If it does not happen I am certain that I will be able to get out at open for at least 10 cents and buy back (if I want to) later in the day. However, if STO and other stocks follow DOW's lead we may see STO trading around $15.50...

I too would love to see STO and ANY other stock go up by 100% every hour but could it last?

If you set yourself a target and play one or few stocks scalping 10-30 cents is quite an easy task.
