After a long downturn, RNE made recovery by breaking monthly moving average with good volume, followed by an extended retracement, forming a round bottom.
Note that the price has been almost always above the monthly MA after it broke it.
The recent hike in price saw it broke the previous high after forming a higher low, monthly MA also started up-move. All positive.
It is a bit far from the daily MA at the moment. I'd be looking to buy once it moves near MA.
