Do you read the announcement as patients being randomised into three streams:
- chemo alone
- chemo + HER-Vaxx
- chemo + HER-Vaxx + avelumab?
If so, it implies that a better result is possible without the use of avelumab (even if OS is the same but with lesser side effects) and explains why IMU would need to pay for the trial ...
