    lol ofcourse they will still need a CR, how many projects have you seen with 100% Debt: 0% Equity

    Looks like it will be 70:30, 140 US Debt, and 60 Equity (of which they have 20 cash on hand)..

    So 40M USD Raise or 54M AUD.
