i love this aticle about REIT's it seems to be an area the insto's are leaving for last so it should explode soonish as most NTA are above current share prices.
But the real magic of this is that the NTA's have all been devalued many times per previous market conditions so whilst the market is always 6-12 months ahead of main st it appears to be lagging here. I Love it
