    Since management expects sales next quarter and the SPP looks unattractive to shareholders as stocks are being traded at .09c and .1c , I couldn't imagine many shareholders participating in the SPP. If the SPP is unsucessful, where will they get funds to keep them operating until (and IF) any sales?
