    I wonder if Berkshire might come back and have another nibble/bite at them.

    They are sitting on a mountain of capital.

    The USD:AUD rate is favourable.

    The quota share gives them a good line of sight into the business.

    Insurance is their sweet spot and valuations in the US are frothy.
