I take your point, but it's a bit disingenuous to compare those 2 charts!!!
The latter chart relates to a business, and is based on the varying stages of "awareness" and "investor types"; factors which are not relevant imo to the multi-decade Nasdaq chart above it!!??
Whilst the may be some apparent "alignment", this is not soundly based, imo.
Not to say there won't or can't be a serious correction, however, I just don't see a reasonable comparison here!
