breakout imminent?

    Posting on this stock has been very quiet for a while now, but surely I'm not the only one noticing that TGR seems to be getting ready to bust through the $1.78-$1.80 resistance level. Firstly, the SP has made higher lows/highs in recent days. Secondly, volume is picking up. Thirdly, the buy/sell ratio is now 5.7:4. Finally, the current 6 weeks sideways pattern is almost identical in length to those of Nov-Dec 08 & Mar-Apr 09, before significant spikes in the SP.

    Opinions anyone?
