I heard yesterday that SDG successfully sold everything in their portfolio that they intended to sell and all sales are awaiting settlement, a remarkable achievement in a decisive fashion in a unique set of circumstances!
Some will argue no doubt that there were still plenty of heat in Real Estate market and SDG should have stayed in, others (including me) feel that the type was right and circumstances were perfect to ripped the benefits, either this is the one and only instance that I am aware of in a corporate world that the company put the collective interests of their shareholders ahead of self-interest and the shareholders in my view will be well rewarded.
We are well on track to receive our special dividends as anticipated.
